I-95 Access Study Fampo star

New roadway with access to I-95 between Virginia Route 3 and the Rappahannock River, extending southwest toward Route 3 in the City of Fredericksburg.  The I-95 access is a technical study only.  The “corridor” extends southwest from the rest are vicinity to the Harrison Road/Virginia Route 3 vicinity;  it also includes I-05 between the Stafford Exit for Route 17 and the Route 3 exit in the City.
